Neighborhood

Just beyond the north side of Charlotte, Huntersville is a primarily residential community in the northern part of Mecklenburg County (“North Meck” to locals). As a suburb, Huntersville has quite a bit to offer residents: Novant Hospital and several shopping centers can be found along the Interstate 77 corridor, many of the local schools earn top marks, and numerous parks and golf courses provide grounds for outdoor recreation.

  • "I have to say this the team here at Waterford is the best Hands Down. They go the extra mile when we need something. They are always doing things for the residence as far as different actives. They offer breakfast for the residence. How many places do that in the area? Have to say this is the best place in Huntersville to live. I have been here for almost 5 years."

  • Wow. What a beautiful well kept apartment complex. It is uniquely different from others in the area that I have seen. We love the amenities such as the pool and well equipped gym. We especially love their pet friendly policies for our fur friends. Above all, the staff is great. Shannon has gone above and beyond to assist us with all of our questions regarding leasing and ensuring that no stone is left unturned prior to move in. We love this complex and look forward to residing here later this summer.
